Alleged Threats Spark Investigation
Authorities claim the threats began after details about an upcoming TPUSA event in San Antonio became public.
Investigators say Wenske allegedly posted messages online suggesting he knew “exactly where to bomb” once the event location was announced.
According to court documents, the situation escalated further when additional messages allegedly targeted Erika Kirk and other participants expected to attend the event.
One of the most concerning statements reportedly included a threat against Kirk and the event’s speakers, while also referencing future TPUSA gatherings.
Law enforcement agencies launched an investigation shortly after becoming aware of the posts.
Major Event Expected to Draw Thousands
The Turning Point USA summit is scheduled to take place from June 5 through June 7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter.
Organizers expect more than 2,500 attendees to participate in the gathering, making security a top priority following the alleged threats.
The event is expected to feature multiple speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for participants from across the country.
