Police have not publicly released additional details about the second alleged victim.
Incident Took Place Near Prince Andrew’s Home
The charges stem from an incident reported earlier this week near Andrew’s residence on the Sandringham estate.
According to previous reports, police were called after concerns were raised about a man behaving in what authorities described as an intimidating manner.
It was confirmed officers arrested a man on suspicion of a public order offense and possession of an offensive weapon.
Authorities did not specify what type of weapon was allegedly involved.
Reports circulating after the arrest claimed a man wearing a ski mask approached Andrew while he was walking his dog near the property.
Witnesses alleged the man verbally abused the former royal before Andrew and his security guard entered a vehicle and left the scene.
