Turn on the gas properly

The reason: When you cook, gas will move from the tank through the pipe, wire and then to the burner. After the gas in the tank is locked tightly, a certain amount of excess gas will still remain in the pipe. This amount of gas has gone out of the tank and if not used up, it can cause a fire or explosion when the right conditions arise.

This way ensures that all gas in the pipe is consumed, helping to avoid waste and ensuring safety, without sudden flare-ups when turning on the stove next time.
