In the clip, she said, “Hey, everybody. I wanted to make a quick post to give [an] update on my Ozempic journey. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far. I’m so excited about that, to be honest. Also, I want to lose about 50 more pounds. I’m 163 now. I actually… I shot up on the Ozempic pill, shot up to 180, um, from 173.”
She continued, “So I was able to lose 20 lbs from 180, and I’m down to 163 on the Ozempic injection. So I’m really glad that I’m on the injection. It’s really working for me, and I’m trying to lose more weight just to feel skinny and cute.”
Bynes added, “So I will keep taking Ozempic. And I just wanted to post about it because I know that I hadn’t made a post about my progress on Ozempic since I posted about it months ago. Hope everyone’s having a good day. Talk to you later. Bye.”

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, Bynes looked focused and unbothered as she stood outside the upscale grocery market, Erewhon, carrying a shopping bag. Though she didn’t acknowledge onlookers or speak to the press, the sighting was enough to cause a stir online.
Bynes appeared casual with long, bleached-blonde hair featuring blunt bangs and visible roots. She wore a gray hoodie, black skinny jeans, and high-top Vans sneakers, carrying a designer quilted purse on her shoulder.
