Peachy Upside-Down Cake

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

If using fresh peaches, slice them and arrange them in the bottom of the pan.

In a bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.

Add in the eggs and vanilla, and mix until smooth.

Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined.

Pour the batter over the peaches in the pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
