Excellent choice! Homemade Joe’s Crab Shack–style crab cakes are all about big, juicy lumps of crab held together with minimal filler, a flavorful seasoning blend, and a perfect crispy sear. While the exact recipe is a secret, we can recreate that iconic style perfectly at home.

This recipe focuses on letting the crab be the star, just like the restaurant aims to do.
