½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Place steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the steaks, turning to coat evenly.
Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4–8 hours.
Remove steaks from the marinade and let excess drip off.
Grill, pan-sear, or broil steaks to your desired doneness.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Cooking Tips
Do not marinate longer than 12 hours; the soy sauce can overpower the meat.
