Sarah has something called FUPA, which stands for fatty upper public area.
She first noticed that she had FUPA at the age of 11, but at the time didn’t understand what it was and why she had it.
“It made me feel different — and kids are really cruel too so they weren’t shy to point it out,” she told news.com.au.
