When I was younger, I dreaded going to school.
Every day felt like a challenge.
Every hallway, every classroom, every group photo reminded me that I wasn’t like everyone else.
The stares followed me everywhere.
So did the whispers.
Some people pointed.
Others laughed.
Many of my classmates couldn’t understand why I was growing so quickly.
Neither could I.
