People Left Baffled – did Trump just rebrand the Republican Party?
President Donald Trump has once again set social media buzzing – this time by floating a new nickname for Republicans and teasing the idea of “TRUMP 2028”.
Under the US Constitution’s 22nd Amendment, a president can only be elected twice. Trump is currently serving his second term after first winning the presidency back in 2016, which should, in theory, rule out a third run.
Despite that, his latest posts are raising questions about how seriously he’s toying with the idea of 2028 – and what exactly “TRUMPLICANS” is supposed to mean for the Republican Party.
