The woman, known online as Ash Putnam, posted a video on TikTok where she explained her experience applying for a position at a retail company and later receiving a rejection through an automated email system.
In her video, she described applying for a job at TJ Maxx, a well-known retail chain in the United States, and receiving a standard rejection notice without a personal phone call or interview feedback.
She explained that after receiving the rejection, she visited the store in person to ask for clarification about her application status and the reason she was not selected for the position.
